Bengkel Analisis Keperluan Latihan (Training Needs Analysis – TNA) ini direka bentuk untuk membantu peserta memahami dan melaksanakan proses TNA secara sistematik bagi mengenal pasti jurang kompetensi dan keperluan latihan sebenar dalam organisasi masing-masing. Program ini memberi penekanan kepada pendekatan berasaskan data dan hasil prestasi, di mana peserta akan didedahkan kepada kaedah mengenal pasti punca sebenar jurang prestasi, serta menterjemahkan dapatan analisis kepada pelan latihan yang selaras dengan matlamat strategik organisasi. Melalui bengkel ini, peserta akan memahami konsep TNA, mengenal pasti hubungan antara analisis prestasi, kompetensi dan latihan, menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data, serta menyediakan pelan latihan berfokus prestasi.
