TENTANG PENULIS

Dato' Dr. Haji Musa Ali

Pada masa kini Dato Dr Musa adalah Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif di MTalent dan beliau adalah Mantan Pendaftar USM dan juga pengasas Pusat Inovasi dan Produktiviti Pentadbiran Awam (PIPPA), USM. Beliau telah berjaya menjalinkan kerjasama strategik dengan pelbagai agensi antarabangsa termasuk di Jepun, Amerika Syarikat dan benua Eropah. Beliau sering dijemput memberi ceramah dan sebagai perunding dalam bidang kepakarannya. Di samping bertugas sebagai pentadbir, beliau juga aktif menulis. Salah satu buku tulisannya, Transformasi Organisasi: Konsep dan Teknik Pelaksanaan telah diterjemah ke tiga bahasa iaitu bahasa Inggeris, Arab dan Jepun. Dia memperoleh ijazah kedoktoran dalam pengurusan sumber manusia dari Universiti Murdoch, Australia.
