Thank you for visiting the official website of MTalent. This site was developed as a reflection of our commitment to be an organisation’s strategic partner in empowering leadership, strengthening talent governance, and translating strategic aspirations into effective execution.

Warren Bennis, a leading modern leadership thinker, once stated that Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality. For us at MTalent, this statement is not merely a philosophy, but a guiding principle. Effective leadership is not only about setting direction; it is the ability to mobilise an organisation through systems, processes, and competencies to unlock true potential and performance.

In an organisational landscape that is increasingly complex and dynamic, the main challenge is no longer a lack of vision, but the failure to translate vision into consistent and measurable action. Without a systematic approach, the right strategy, and the right expert support, an organisation’s potential risks not being fully realised.

In line with these challenges, MTalent offers a holistic organisational development approach through international training programmes and global strategic collaborations covering three main zones: Zone A (Malaysia and ASEAN countries), Zone B (Asia such as Japan, Qatar, and China), and Zone C (Europe such as the United Kingdom, Estonia, Finland, and Germany). (1512139-M), with the letter “M” meaning “Manage.” This branding reflects our core belief that the ability to manage talent strategically is the key to high-performing organisations. Professor Dato’ Dr Sr Omar Osman (Pengerusi)

Professor Dato’ Dr Sr Omar Osman served as Vice-Chancellor and CEO of DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia between 2017 and 2025. Prior to this, he was Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Sains Malaysia from 2011 to 2016. He has been extensively engaged in national-level talent development strategies and led initiatives such as the Knowledge Transfer Programme under the Ministry of Higher Education. He maintains strong networks with industry stakeholders both nationally and internationally.

Professor Emeritus Dato’ Dr Abd Aziz Tajuddin

Professor Emeritus Dato’ Dr Abd Aziz Tajuddin served as the Vice-Chancellor and President of Albukhary International University (AIU) from January 2020 until his retirement on 31 July 2024. He devoted over 30 years of service to Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), holding various senior administrative positions including Registrar, Campus Director, and Dean. He was actively involved in numerous talent development programmes at both university and national levels.

Dato’ Hamdan Bahari

An alumnus of Universiti Sains Malaysia, Dato’ Hamdan Bahari is a respected figure with broad experience in state administration. He served two terms as the Speaker of the Perlis State Legislative Assembly (2013–2022) and was formerly the Director of the Perlis State Department of Community Development (KEMAS). He began his career as an educator and was honoured with the “Tokoh Guru” award by Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris in 2023.
