Based on our experience conducting various training programs and supported by previous surveys, it can be concluded that adult learners exhibit diverse preferences and learning styles. Some participants learn most effectively through visual cues (seeing), auditory input (listening), reading and writing, while others benefit more from hands-on activities and experience sharing.

However, a survey conducted by vark-learn.com indicates that over 66% of learners responded that they learn most effectively through a Multimodal Preference, also referred to as VARK Integrative—a blended approach incorporating Visual, Auditory, Read/Write, and Kinesthetic learning styles.
